Destination Lindbergh will create an ultimate build-out concept by:

• Analyzing and considering economic and environmental sustainability

• Maximizing operational efficiency

• Integrating multiple modes of transportation that might include a multimodal transit center

• Evaluating the entire airport, as well as adjacent properties

Destination Lindbergh will be steered by a breakthrough alliance between:

• San Diego County Regional Airport Authority

• City of San Diego

• San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG)

The committee also includes representatives from the following agencies:

• Port of San Diego

• County of San Diego

• Metropolitan Transit System

• North County Transit District

• U.S. Department of Defense

Ultimately, a region-wide civic dialogue will be used to develop a feasible, visionary concept.
